Do not go with BSR builders. They don;t complete the work and just gives false promises. If you have already bought, be very very careful when you are clearing the balance amount. Until they complete the work don't settle the money. Their construction is of low quality and lot of deviations, understood you will not get A Katha.

The real estate market in KR Puram is leading due to many reasons and mainly, being well-connected to arterial roads and vicinity to business clusters. KR Puram has recorded an upward trend in property prices. K R Puram, have been listed in the top ten Indian realty destinations in a Knight Frank's report. It is a very good locality for investment purpose.

Is the project approved by all the legal authorities? Are they providing A Khata for the property?

The project is known to be approved by BBMP, A Khata. Banks like HDFC, LIC and Punjab National Bank has approved the project.

I am planning to buy a 2 bhk apartment in this project. How much will it cost me and what is the rate going on? Are they negotiating?

The rate per sqft going on in this area is Rs 2800 and the prices are negotiable. A 2 bhk apartment in this project will cost you around Rs 37 lakhs excluding registrations. The expected possession date of the project is by August 2014.

BSR Builders & Developers have around 4 years of experience in the construction industry and till date they have completed five projects across Bangalore comprising of Residential Townships, Apartments,. they have other project which are in different stages of construction and some are yet to start.
