Currently the internal plastering work is under progress in Vistas Tower8 and after completion of this work the mobilization of the workforce will be done in Tower7 vistas. Given the current stage of construction we expect to release Tower7 in another 9 to 10 months, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Possession of 8 towers has been given and the next in pipeline is Tower 8 and 7.
HI all, But in their sites it is updated that they have given possession of tower 2,3,4,5 and 6. Internal finishing work in progress in tower-1, external plaster complete in tower-1, slab casting has been completed for entire phase and brick work is in progress in other towers. Landscaping is in progress.
Even this project has the environment clearance from Department of Environment, Government of West Bengal. If all the approvals are in place then why is project so delay.
My harmony apartments are also delayed for the last 3 years and they are saying it may take another 5 years or more. I won't be surprised if it is the same for Vistas. Hi all, I had a word with Unitech last month and as per agreement they will pay a penalty of 5rs/month/sqft. The calculated amount will be adjusted at the time of possession. I am an owner of a property in tower 7 and as per them its gonna be a 2 yrs confirmed delay for all these towers. All these due to funding problem they currently have and no work/progress is going on now. Pls keep your fingers crossed and waiting for the possession. Hello sir, My advice is that consult a good lawyer or legal adviser and follow him accordingly because there is a provision for compensation if there is a delay in said possession date. But before that make sure that it is mentioned in your registration paper.
We bought one 3 BHK apartment from Unitech Vistas in tower 8 and they promised to give us possession in 2014 but when I visited the site few months before I was very surprised to notice there was hardly any progress in the tower 8 since we purchased the flat. 95% percent of total amount has been paid by us though I do not think even 50 % construction has been completed yet. I called up to their office and they are reluctant to tell about the probable date of possession . After quite a times of calling and requesting, one of their staff told that it would not before 2016 December. There are some conditions of penalty charges for being late in possession by the developer. Have you ever follow up this matter with them?Please let me know. I don't think the works are going in a steady manner. I am the owner of a Tower 7 property and there is a 2 yrs confirmed delay for possession. I have a regular visitor of the site but has not seen a very promising progress so far.
Hi Anurag, Only tower-4/5/6 are ready and works on remains tower is going on. Structure tower has been ready but some internal works are still going on and it will take around one and half year more i.e December'2015.
