Q: I am having a flat in lotus boulevard no idea. I have been waiting for the builder to handover posession of the flat since Feb 13. ThE builder is to pay penalty for delay in handing over posession as per the agreement. Though there is no clause effecting penalty due to delayed payment of an instalment however the builder is indicating dependency of penalty on timely payment of all instalments. Also he is invoking force mature clause for work held up due to issue with NGT. Requested advice on what should be done to get maximum penalty benefit.

Q: GD EVE ALL............I CAN TO KNOW THAT MVL INDI HOMES AGIN DELAYED THEIR POSSESION DATE FROM JUNE TO NOVEMBER-2016.....CAN SOME BODY PLS RECONFIRM AND UPDATE...
Latest Answer: Hi everyone, i can understand your problem. But don't you will receive your possession for sure on the postponed date. I am living in the Coral residential flats by MVL. They may take some time but will deliver to you the possession for sure.

Q: BIPL group is one of cheat builder group. they not provide any amenities in their existing scheme and even not return fund which given by members. they are not good builders. so, don't buy any property from this group in ahmedabad.
Latest Answer: I am owner and i m disappointed with the amenities. However, it is our fault also. We should have united and filed a application for pending works in consumer forum to get things moving. Also I can not find Sarvopari Elegance in AMC tax listing ( newly built indraprasth 9 is listed ). Thus, some paper work may be pending from builder side to be submitted to AMC. Vishal

Latest Answer: Do you have any idea why Pristine Properties, Jalan Group & Maple Group projects are getting delayed now days. I heard many projects are pending for possessions or delayed for many years. Neo City wagholi Pune, Pristine Ivy Estate Pune, Jalan Aura City Pune and Maple Apla Ghar. and Pristine city Bakori Road. All projects are having issues of work delay. I know these builders are good but why these projects owners are facing problems now days. I will suggest if some one getting ready possession flat in these projects book it immediately else booking under possession in these projects then big NO

Latest Answer: Hi, No one can do anything to unscrupulous Builders. No amount of precaution can save you. Government and Banks joins the builders to swindle the common man. Nothing, just nothing can be done. Isolated cases of justice are exceptions. Rule is to get cheated by Builders/Bankers/Government.

Q: 1) I booked flat in CASA UNIVIS (Now CASA Splendora) TEIRRA- C 1802 in Aug'2009.
2) With the assurance of possession in March'2012 Sale agreement also prepared. However till date possession is not in place.
3) Every now and then their sales executive informed me new possession dates and now almost more than 2 years of delay there is no confirmation on possession date.
4) In line with agreement I have paid entire amount against builders demand letter. However at this stage, in spite of delay from builder side builder is not giving me compensation calculated @ rate of 12% per annum on the amount paid by me (part of agreement).
5) Builder informed me that this delay in completion project is, due to labour problem, getting CC is beyond their control and he is not responsible to pay for that. This argument is not at all acceptable as this is prime responsibility of any builder to take care such issues.
6) I am currently staying nearby locality on rental basis and paying heavily as a rent, in addition to it I am paying heavy EMI.
7) I want builder to give me compensation and handover flat as per the current confirmation i.e. Sep'2014
