Well as far as i can see, right now the prices have moderately increased although the project has been delayed for more than 2 years now. but there are positive signs of project completion and possession within the year. If you were to wait till possession, the prices are sure to increase, so while there is still uncertainty, if you can invest , you can get a deal... but please do take the risk factors into consideration and probably get a lawyer involved to verify the documents.
Hi, I was told that there are some units available in resale andthe current rate for a 1 BHK is around Rs 8000/sqft and there are 2 sizes for 2BHK i.e 937sqft and973 sqft with the basic rate of Rs 7500/sqft.. There are limited units available so i will say to arrive at decision quickly..

Well Mr Pankaj, there are a number of problems with Uniworld gardens II, the latest that i have heard is that their tower D is ready for possession but is waiting for occupancy certification or completion certificate and that has been delayed for quite some time now.
There is also a news in where Unitech is planning to sell off parts of its assets and divert the money to complete its projects and it has committed to deliver more than 6 million sqft of residential space within this financial year.
