This project is located in a prime residential sector having all daily basic amenities nearby. This project offers 1BHK, 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 719 sq-ft to 1355 sq-ft. This project has spread over around 13acres of land.

This project has A, B, C & D blocks, each block having 5towers. Each tower contents 18 floors. As of now people started living in D block. That means possession is going on. Other blocks are under construction. As per sources, the basic selling price quoted for D block is around 7900/sq-ft.

Hi Guys,
According to sources, construction work is on full swing in block A, B & C. It will take less that around 1yr time for possession in B-block. I heard that these blocks are having different BSP. Like A- block BSP is around 7000/sq-ft. , B block- BSP is around 7700/sq-ft & C- block BSP is around 7500/sq-ft.
