@Ishika I have en quired about the project and they said all private banks have approved the project. I guess you will get 80% bank loan from the banks.

Can any one discuss the price and the banks loans of this project? I am new in Delhi and have no clue where to find out this stuffs!

Hi Ishika, the project is bit costly compared to the local price trend . But this is a furnished project. the builder is quoting Rs 13200 per sq ft.

Hi people my wife has told me about this project. she gave me all the details but i am unable to find out the possession date of the project. Can you help me with that?

Sure Jashan the project will be delivered in 2016 Jul or so. I feel take a grace period of 6 months to be on the safer side. Yes are you looking for investment?or end use??

Hi, this is an on road project hence it will fetch you goof returns , do not worry about that. the project is offering 1 bhks and the sizes varied from 650 sq ft to 1100 sq ft.
