Any comments about the builder and project?

Q: Hi, could anyone tell me about the builder and this project? Is this price reasonable for this property? How is the build quality of the project, if anyone has any previous experience with the builder?

What is the rate going on in Whitefield area and is there a provision for Cauvery Water?

The rate per sqft has appreciated to Rs 4700 in Whitefield. For the time being bore well is there for water supply but they are going to provide Cauvery water connection at the time of possession.

I have seen the project. It is located near Whitefield Value Mall. Any idea which are the banks providing home loan for this project? What is the status of the project and how many units will be there?

Temple Tree has been approved by all the leading banks and BBMP. The project offers 80 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The project was launched in 2013 December and the expected completion date is by 2015, December.

ARV Infrastructure is quite new in real estate industry and if I am not wrong then this is their first project and they are quoting Rs 4200 which I feel it is on the higher side. You can talk with the builder and try to negotiate
