Where exactly is the project located? Also need suggestion regarding the the locality

Sri Vishnu Pearls is located at Electronic City, with very good public transportation system, both BMTC buses connecting all parts of the city. In the past few years, the area has witnessed numerous residential and commercial developments happening

Sri Vishnu Pearls is one of of the completed projects by Mahendra Group. The project was launched in the month of December 2013 and the estimated possession date of the project is by November 2014. It offers only 2 bhk apartments with size ranging from 820 sqft to 1180 sqft.

Thanks for the information Dilip. Can I take home loan from SBI for this project? If not which are the banks providing home loan for the same and who has approved the project? How many apartments will be there?

Hi Gaurang, No SBI is not providing home loan for this project. The project is tied up with Andhra, State Bank of Hyderabad, India bulls Home Loan and CanFin Homes Ltd. There will be only 70 units and it is known to be approved by Panchayat.
