As per my knowledge, MSB Pride one is one of the popular residential plot project in this area. Here you will have plots ranging from 1080 sq-ft to 1620 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 1240/sq-ft to 1250/sq-ft. This gated community is located in a prime residential area, having all basic amenities nearby. This project is surrounded by many schools, hospitals & shopping malls. So this project is very much suitable for investment & end use.

According to me, the development linked payment plan of this project works like:-
Booking Amount - 20%,
Within 30days from booking- 15%,
On allotment of plot- 15%,
Commencement of development work- 10%+50% of EDC/IDC,
Commencement of Sewerage & Drainage work- 10%+50% of EDC/IDC,
Commencement of alignment roads- 10%+50% of PLC,
Commencement of electrification work of block- 10%+50% of PLC,
Commencement of demarcation work of individual plots- 5%,
At the time of possession- 5%+IFMS

As per me, this project is well connected to different parts of the city & other neighboring areas, due to availability of good city transport & rail .

Hi Madhu, there is no availability of plots in this project as of now and advised by the broker when i called a few days back, the rates here are in the range of Rs 1200- 1500 /sqft in the area.

Well there were plots of 1080sqft, 1350sqft and 1620 sqft in this project and so the basic size was available for a min price of Rs 13 lakhs on wards.

The location was pretty good on the Alwar bypass road and close to the apartments and townships like Krish city heights, BDI sunshine city and Innovative Bhiwadi heights. There are good sector roads and all daily needs are easily approachable. Provision for security , water and electricity supply is also there.
