The best thing about this property is that you can buy quite a large apartment at a pretty reasonable rate. The price rate for all the apartments is Rs. 3450/sq. ft. The 2 BHKs come in sizes between 1300 and 1400 sq. ft. So any of these apartments will cost you around Rs. 44.85 lacs. The 3BHKs come between sizes of 1600 and 1990 sq. ft. and will cost you between Rs 55.2 to 68.65 lacs. This project is good for those who want to invest in larger apartments at affordable rates. The 3BHKs are almost 2000 square feet in area. There are supposed to be two floors of this project, with 2 and 3BHK apartments. The square foot prices are same for all the properties, be it 2 or 3 BHKs. There are a lot of amenities for residents of all ages. There are swimming pools, with separate pools for young children and women. There is a fully functional clubhouse, with provisions for indoor games and other forms of recreational activities.

I think the Sai Squirrel Oak is a good project for you to invest in for your family home, as it is extremely family-friendly. If you have children, then there are very good schools nearby where you can send them, like Christ Public School, Kuvempunagar High School, Sri Raghavendra Gurukul Vidyalaya, Hemavathi school, etc. hospitals and nursing homes like Vinayaka Children’s Hospital, Adithya Netralaya are also close to the Squirrel Oak project. The Kubvempunagar branch of the ICICI bank is also just 1km away.

Hey, the Sai Squirrel Oak is located near the Vishwamanav Double road, close to the Andolan circle. Because of such prime location, you will not have any transportation problems, if you decide to buy a property here. Closest is the Ramakrishna Nagar bus stop, at the Andolan circle. This is one of the posh residential areas of Mysore and there is steady property appreciation in this area. The apartments available here met your requirements – they are 2 and 3 BHKs.
