Q: Has anyone heard about the Tricone City project on Khandwa Road? I’m planning to buy a villa there for my family. I have children so I need a safe locality, with lots of good schools nearby. Can anyone give me some information on this residential project?
There are villas available here which are perfect for a medium or large sized family. The 3bhk villas are 1500 sq. ft. in area and have a square foot price of Rs. 2000. This is actually quite an affordable price rate, considering the locality that the project is on. They will cost you around Rs 30 lacs only. The 5bhks villas have a total built-up area of about 2650 sq. ft and a square foot price of Rs. 2450. So these will cost you around Rs 65 lacs. The project has received home loan approvals from major banks like LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, Indiabulls, and Punjab National Bank
Good selection, mainly because of the location. This part of the Khandwa Road is a very good residential area of Indore, mainly because there are so many schools and institutions around here. The Swami Vivekananda Engineering College is right beside the project, so you will find plenty of takers for your villa if you ever wish to sell it or rent it out in the future. The villas available under this project are 3 and 5 bhks. There are also plots available under this project, 2000 sq. ft. and 5000 sq. ft., with a square foot price of Rs. 750
Hey, the Tricone City project is a good place to buy a villa. The villas here are 3 and 5bhks, so pick accordingly. I think the 3 bhk is enough for a family with 3 or 4 family members. But if it’s more than that, then you might need the 5 bhk. It is located right on the Khandwa Road, close to the intersection of the Bypass road. you can take the Bypass road, or the Ring Road, which is a little further away, and travel to other parts of the city in no time at all
Hey, yeah I’ve heard about that project. It’s quite good actually. I especially like the location. Don’t worry about schools, as there are plenty nearby. Raichand Nagdha School, Nehru School, and Podar International School are some good schools close to the Tricone City project. You won’t have to go to some far off place to spend some good quality time with your friends and family as there are quite a number of good restaurants and shopping complexes nearby. The Khandwa bus stop is just 20 minutes walking distance away from the project.
