Q: I will be moving to Indore with my family in 1.5 years. I was looking to buy an apartment for my family, 2 or 3 bhk. Is the JSM Devcons Pinnacle D Dreams a good option? What are the property prices and other details of this project, can anyone share with me?

Hey, the 2bhks in the Pinnacle D Dream project are 1300sq.ft, and will cost you Rs. 45.5 lacs. The 3bhks come in different sizes, from 1597 to 1950sq.ft. and cost between Rs 54 and 68 lacs. The 4bhks are huge, as these are apartments as well as sky-villas. The areas of the 4bhks range between 2400 and 3700 sq.ft. These will cost you from Rs 84 lacs to 1.29 crores. Hey the Pinnacle D Dreams project is all good to go. It has been approved by the Indore Development Authority. It also has home loan approvals from banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank. So getting loan for your house won’t be an issue as long as your credit score is good. I think the price range is a bit on the steep side, but since these are luxury apartments in an integrated township project, that is to be expected.

Hey, the Pinnacle D Dreams project by the famous builder JSM Devcons is one of the best residential projects in this area. Along with the usual 2, 3, and 4 bhks, there are 2.5 bhks as well, which is basically 2 bedrooms plus one study, which can be converted into a smaller bedroom. Other than these apartments, there are 4bhk sky bungalows as well. The square feet price is average, Rs. 3500/sq. ft. So you can still buy a 3BHK for your family within Rs. 60 lacs

You can definitely go for the JSM Devcons project. It has 2, 3 and 4 bhk room, so you have options depending on the size of your family. If it’s a small family of you, your wife and one child then the 2bhk should be enough. Otherwise, go for the 3 or the 4 bhk. The project is flanked by the Outer Ring Road, the A.B. Road and the Agra Mumbai Bypass Road, so transportation to and from this locality is very smooth
