That is value for money; the location of the project and the project specifications itself will more than make up for the investment amount. There are swimming pools, gym, badminton court, library, indoor gaming facilities, other recreational facilities, 24 hour power back up and excellent maintenance and security staff.
Yeah, he is right. The apartments are all priced at Rs 2700 per square foot, which is a quite reasonable amount, considering the locality and the project. Negotiations are always possible, to bring down the price amount, especially if you book the apartments early. The possession date has been crossed, it was on May 2014, but I think some apartments are still available under this project. Its a green signal from my end for this project! You should invest.

I’m guessing that since there are 4 of you, you will be looking for at least a 2 or a 3bhk. The 2bhks come in two sizes of 939 and 1105 square feet. These will cost you between Rs 25 to 30 lacs. The 3bhks come in two sizes as well, 1488 and 1760 square feet and will cost you between Rs 40 and 47 lacs.
