Hey the Annai Lavanya on Thadgam Road is going to be launched pretty soon. The work hasn’t started on it yet, so if you want to buy something more readily available, then I suggest you try some of the ongoing projects in Coimbatore. Other than that, it will be a good place to live for your parents. The 1bhks have an area range of from 515 to 595 square feet, the 2bhks have an area range of between 720 and 835 square feet, and the 3bhks have an area range of between 1140 and 1340 square feet.

The Annai Lavanya is pretty interesting project. It has just been launched, and so far there isn’t much information available on it. The apartments being launched under this project are 1, 2 and 3bhks. The apartments are also not too big, so there is no question of your parents not being able to manage them. I think instead of a 1bhk, you should go with a 2bhk. They can have the extra room to use for whatever purpose that they see best.

Hey I agree, the Annai Lavanya is a good option. Though I would suggest that you look around a bit more for other apartments. You can use the Commonfloor website itself for your search. Just follow the link http://www.commonfloor.com/apartments and enter your search criteria. It is always good to compare a couple of options before making the final decision, especially where its about buying the correct house for your parents.

Hey good call on choosing the Annai Lavanya for your parents. I think the kinds of apartments available here are perfect for two or three people to live comfortably. The locality is also very peaceful. It isn’t noisy or too happening like rest of Coimbatore, and I think your parents will find it quite suitable to their tastes. It will be best in my opinion to get a 1bhk, as it will be just the two of them living there, so they need a more compact living space. It might be a problem for them if its too big an apartment.
