I am Impressed with the floor plans (almost 80% carpet area) but see following concerns : 1) This road is full of graveyards, I have seen 3 on the way, too much scary in night. 2) All projects on this road are attached to haralur road but this one is 1 km inside and approach road is like village with too much garbage and dirty, almost looks like slum. 3) Have seen in clearvalue, a 200 feet road is passing through the clubhouse area as per CDP 2015. 4) Project opposite to it (splendid elite) is just 3000 psft but this is 4000 psft. 5) They seems to be not having beams and columns, dont know if its safe.
But as far as I know the project has got all the necessary approvals. Zonasha offers high quality constructions as it is a member of CREDAI. They one of the trust worth builder and always deliver project on time.
Even I liked the project initially, does anyone aware if any future plan for Hosa road connectivity opening up as current approach road is too narrow considering that around 400+ cars would be lined up in queue to come to Haralur road during office hours. The approach road towards Hosa road is closed/dead end as of now. Also seen a proposed graveyard just nearby the project which makes it a doubtful investment.

I am planning to book an apartment in elegance ....any suggestion for me ?? ....I have one question this reliable lake view road is very low and I heard from local folks there is complete water logging on road up to 2-3 feet near to zonasha vista project. Did anyone clarified with builder ?.. Is there any plan from BBMP/ builder to fix this issue.
Hi Rajesh, Do not know about the water logging on road but I heard that Zonasha Elegance is a very good project with all the modern amenities. What type of apartment are you planning to buy?

@Daksh, Haralur road is well connected to all shopping malls, schools, main road, hospital and offices. It is center to all major places like HSR layout, Electronic city, Sarjapur road and Silk board. Investing in this are can be fruitful.
I agree with Navneet. Harlur is a very prime location to live for and have good connectivity to other parts of the city by ORR, E- city and Sarjapur road.. The area is very safe to stay with a family. But the only disadvantage is that the area is having a very narrow roads which might create traffic congestion in the future when the area is fully developed.
The area indeed has waterlogging issues. I started out apartment hunting from Zonasha and absolutely loved their model flat, however after reading this thread, went back to the area. You can clearly see the dip near Zonasha Vista. I feel the access road from Amrutha College side is OK, but the Harlur side will have waterlogging issue
Vibgyor High is there close to this project. Project has been approved by BBMP and you can avail 80% bank loan from banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, HDFC and Axis. The estimated possession date of the project is by end of 2015.
