New luxury apartments in Bangalore

Q: Hi Experts, I am looking to buy a luxury apartment in Bangalore. I have been looking for projects but some have big size living space but the bedrooms are small. Where as some have lavish amenities but the flat size is not appropriate. I am looking to buy a 4 bhk apartment with terrace or a pent house.

Kindly help me to know good super luxury projects in Bangalore. Area and locality: No bar. Mostly I will be working from home so the locality need to be good and posh, schools and shopping complexes should be near by.

I am not in a hurry, ready to move or I can wait upto 1 and half year.

Almost all the top builders in Bangalore are racing to showcase their own luxury apartments. It is pretty hard to choose one. I also faced this difficulty. Finally filtering through pretty good number of projects. I fixed with Fortius Waterscape at Old Madras Road. Initially, I had doubts about the project quality as Fortius Infra is a new developer and do not have an existing project to boast of. There are some project which I have shortlisted are Purva Atria Platina, Aparna Elina, Prestige White Meadows, Skylark Arcadia. You can also have a look on these projects.

Luxury Projects in Central Business District are:

1) Sobha Palladian: It is a residential developments in HAL. The project is located very near to Ryan International School. There will be around 230 units in this project with B + G + 8 floors. The project will be spread over 5.6 acres of land. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 8546.

2) Pride Picassa: Pride Picassa is a 11 storey stand alone Tower and one of the tallest in the vicinity. There are only 22 limited edition super luxury residential suites. The project offers only 4 bhk apartments and two suites per floor. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC and Standard Chartered. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 12,031.

Luxury Projects in North Bangalore are:

The rate per sqft going on is Rs 16,000. The price of the apartments starts from Rs 6 crores. 2) Embassy Lake Terraces: It is a premium residential development which is spread over 16.5 acres offering panoramic vistas of the Hebbal Lake and the wooded defense land. The 22-storey super luxury complex offers spacious 3, 4 and 5 bedroom centrally air-conditioned units in single and duplex formats of 3,500 - 9,900 sq. ft. Luxury Projects in South Bangalore are:

Hi Anusua, Even I am also planning to buy a luxury project in Bangalore so I have done some research on the luxury project.

Luxury Projects in East Bangalore are:

1) Brigade Exotica- North East Bangalore- The project is spread over 10 acres of land and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 1.4 crores. The project is located on Old Madras Road. It is about 8 km from KR Puram Cable bridge on NH4 and 1.5 km before the Whitefield Road/NH4 junction. It is 500 metres from Budigere Road junction.

3) Prestige Shantiniketan: Prestige Shantiniketan is a beautifully designed townscape located very close to the International Technology Park at Whitefield. Spread over 105 acres of land. It is a ready to move in project. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 6500.

Luxury Projects in West Bangalore are:

1) Sobha Indraprastha: It is one of the ongoing project in Rajajinagar. The project offers 356 units with a combination of 3 and 4 bhk apartments. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 11,345 and Rs 13,120. The project will have one block with 2 wings and spread over 9.37 acres of land. The project has been approved by BDA and all the leading banks. The expected possession date of the project is by March, 2018.

2) Salarpuria Sattva Luxuria: The project is located in Malleshwaram and it offers super luxury 3 BHK apartments, 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. Spread over 4 acres and the size of the apartment ranges between 2215 - 4665 sq ft. There will be 197 units and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 12, 115. The project will be ready by next month.

Thanisandra Main Road is one of the upcoming localities in Bangalore. There are various reasons why this locality is bound to flourish, one of it is - it will be developed to be the alternate route to Bengaluru International Airport. Hence good price hikes in the coming year or so, and proximity to everything in and around the area.

Hi Anusua, Picking the right builder is the first option of buying a luxury apartment. I would suggest you to go for builder who already have experience in constructing luxury project rather than going for builder who are constructing luxury projects for the first time.
