Near ITPL (7-9 kms), proposed whitefield metro station (Last station of phase 2 metro), location earmarked for purple (industrial zone) in BMRDA CDP, only junction in Bangalore (Near Channsandra) where the proposed PRR (Peripheral ring road-300 ft) , STRR (Satellite town ring road(300 ft) and NH 207 meet each other, 3 km from NH 207, near to malur industrial zone, 3.5 kms from delhi public school, Near the proposed Bangalore-Chennai 6 lane express way (One of the critical projects funded by JBIC), abutting road to the project is proposed to be a 80 feet road as this is to be used by the Oil companies (IOC, HPCL etc,,) in the vicinity and connects all the way to NH 207 on one side and malur industrial area on the other side etc,,,etc,. . I spoke to the builder and was informed of the recent appointment of the BMRDA chairman position that was vacant for the past few months due to which approvals for lot of projects was kept pending. Hopefully things will move soon...Given the way things work, I would still expect a time frame of 4-5 months before registration would be completed..

As per my knowledge, the project has been approved by BMRDA and banks like SBI, ICICI, LIC Housing Finance, Axis and HDFC. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 1800.
It is 7 Km from Hope farm circle.Before DPS ,whitfield you have to take right and almost 2 kms from there.Still the approval has not came,it is under process.
