Q: Hey, has anybody heard about the Sree Dakshas Adhvya project? I needed some information on this. I was thinking of buying a house here. Will that be a good decision?

Yeah, you can get information on the website. The price detail given there is pretty basic though. Only the rowhouses have been mentioned, but I know specifically that there are villas under this project as well. Maybe they have all been sold out. The 2bhk rowhouses have a total built-up are of 2100 square feet. Priced at the rate of Rs. 2400 psf, these cost Rs 50.4 lacs. The project has home loan approvals from HDFC and SBI, and has been open for possession since December 2011.

Yeah, I also agree about the location. Vadavallli, and especially Maruthamalai Road, is a very good spot in Coimbatore to have a home. I myself was looking at these properties few days ago. They have villas and rowhouses. The villas are out of stock though. You can get a rowhouse if you want; they are pretty good as well. This is one of the many projects by Sree Dakhsa Property Developers, you can check out the others if you’re interested in the developer.

Hi, yeah I think it is a good idea to invest in this project. First of all the location is just too good. I think living in Vadavalli will make up for any shortcomings that the project might have. Not that i see any though. There are no apartments, so if that’s what you’re looking for then you will be disappointed. But the villas and the rowhouses available under this project are pretty impressive. I’d suggest you to go take a look at them and see whether that’s what you want. Then you can make a better decision.
