Q: Can you give me some first hand advice on investing in different properties in Mysore? Like the kind of projects and the returns I can expect?
Latest Answer: Yes. So this investment plans and once they are executed will pull in more tourists to the place. Usually this place gathers a lot of foreign crowd so keeping them in mind you could come up with ideas that would gve them a true feeling of the places that they visit. A concept hotel, for example would help.

Q: Hey, can someone give me some information regarding the Sreevatsa Sankara project? Will I be able to book an apartment there or is it too late?
Latest Answer: Definitely a good idea! A relative of mine has already invested in that project, he bought a 3bhk apartment. The construction work is still going on, but I really like how the place is turning up. The project has been approved by major banks like HDFC, ICICI and Axis banks, so applying for home loans shouldn’t be a problem at all. The price rate is same for all the apartments – Rs 2850. I don’t think you’ll be able to negotiate much, because this project is very much in demand, and also the possession date is drawing close.

Q: Hey, expat here. Moving back to my beloved India after a long span of 10 years. Looking to buy a property in Indore for me, my wife and my two kids. Any recommendations regarding which residential project and locality? I saw the Shikhar Balaji Skyz project, is it any good? Also, how is the locality?
Latest Answer: Hey you can even get 4bhk apartments here. Its a steal, because you get all 2278 square feet for just Rs 61 lacs. That is value for money; the location of the project and the project specifications itself will more than make up for the investment amount. All luxury amenities are provided within the project premises itself. There are swimming pools, gym, badminton court, library, indoor gaming facilities, other recreational facilities, 24 hour power back up and excellent maintenance and security staff.

Q: Hey I heard that Coimbatore real estate is really doing well. Is it because of any new infrastructural developments around here? Is it a good time to invest in property now?
Latest Answer: Yeah the Coimbatore Tirupur Erode corridor is already affecting the real estate market quite a bit. I think by the time its completed we’ll get to see a further rise in property prices around these areas, especially Coimbatore, which is already the number one real estate market in south India. The development of this corridor will help in creating more jobs and there will be an influx of people from different parts of the country flocking towards Coimbatore. Developers have already started acquiring land around this corridor.

Q: Hey guys! I need some information about the Ishan Nakshatra, I’m thinking of investing in a family home there. Can anyone tell me if that’s a good idea?

Latest Answer: Good decision! I myself was considering investing in the project. The location is good, as Gandhi Park is one of the best localities in Coimbatore. It is purely residential and you will find all necessary amenities very close to your house, if you decide to invest in the Ishan Nakshatra. The price of the 2bhk is Rs 56 lakhs and that of the 3bhk is 1 crore. The project has all luxury amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse facilities, tennis court, 24 hour power backup and security.

Q: I'm looking to move with my family from Bangalore to Mysore. Can someone tell me some good localities in Mysore?
Latest Answer: As mentioned above you should think of moving to the Vijayangar area. The land price in this area is appreciating because of the proximity to the IT companies. The area is well connected as the outer ring road and Hunsur road is very near the area. Most of the sites are approved by the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA), so you should not have any hassles when it comes to purchasing the property.

Q: Will the Vardhana Constellations project be ready within a year? I will be moving to Coimbatore next March and I need to find the best property to invest in for me and my family. Please advice
Latest Answer: Hey i agree with all these guys, this project is definitely one of the key residential properties in the Saravanampatti area. The locality itself is the most prime residential area in the whole of Coimbatore, as it has a number of schools, colleges, supermarkets, stores, and other necessary everyday amenities necessary. The best part is that the project has already received loan approvals from HDFC, Axis bank, SBI, Central Bank of India, Karur Vysya Bank and ICICI bank, so you have a wide range of banks where you can apply for your home loan.
