How much has the builder increased the rate per sqft? The project was expected to be completed by April 2016 but I could see that the project is still under construction. Any idea when it will get completed?
As far as I know the offer is only for 2 bhk apartments in this project. You can buy a 2 bhk here at Rs 69.09 lakhs all inclusive which was earlier Rs 79.19 lakhs.
The project is located at Kannamangala in Whitefield. Assetz is a category A builder. They have apparently won several awards including credai for the 24/7 project. I did some research as i was looking for a house for investment and found their east-point project attractive.

As you said that Phase I is open for booking, how many phase will be there in this project and what is the booking amount? As the project is in pre launch, when they are going to launch the project and what is the time period to complete the project.
The project will have 2 Phases and 4 Blocks. Phase I will have 2 blocks and 4 towers ( G+9, G+11, G+13, G+26). All the 4 towers will have 4 clubhouses. Phase I will take 3 years time for completion and booking amount they are asking is Rs 2 lacs.
The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4200. I feel the project is good for investment because the project is located at a fast developing residential neighborhood with many luxury projects in the vicinity, mixed development property offers better chances of appreciation and well connected to offices.
Hi Shazad, It seem the rate they are quoting now that is Rs 4200 is only for few bookings :( and the concern person told me that Pearson School will be there in this project
