Regarding Assetz properties Marq

Q: Hi, I work in Dell whitefield branch.. saw this marq project by assetz properties, found it intersting as it is near to my office. Looks like a big project, Can someone tell me the current status & review about this project before I invest in it?

How much has the builder increased the rate per sqft? The project was expected to be completed by April 2016 but I could see that the project is still under construction. Any idea when it will get completed?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5099 and the expected completion date of the project is by end of 2018

Is it a single phased or multi phased development?

It is a multi-phase Development. Residential area will be developed in three phases. It will have 7 towers with G+8, G+9, G+23, G+13 and G+26 floors.

I had a site visit of marq last month. Construction is in beginning stage and I was told by them that the handover will be done in 2018. was quite impressed by the township community concept. Project has many ameniites and features. Good for investment. Have a site visit and then take a call.

The construction started in the month of November 2014. Current rate per sqft going on is around Rs 4200. @Jyoti, Can you please update about the rate?

Project offers 1 bhk, 2.5 bhk, 3 bhk apartments, 3 bhk duplex and 4 bhk Penthouse. The project is approved by BDA/ BBMP. Banks like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, SBI, Corporation Bank, L & T Housing Finance, Indian Bank, India bulls Housing finance Ltd, Canara Bank has approved the same.

The project looks good and secondly it is located at a fast developing residential neighborhood in Bangalore.

Hi Lokesh, It is a mixed use development and as far as I know the project is expected to get completed by October 2017 with additional six months grace period.
