Pate Life Montage Review

Q: Hi, I am planning to book a 2BHK flat at Life montage on Sus road. Can you give me info of these builders and their reputation, previous projects information etc.

Hi all,
Can i get details of this project? What are the current price/sq-ft they are charging? Earlier it was Rs. 4350/sq-ft. and couple of months before I visited one pre-launch project named 'Air- Highlands' at this location. Are both of them the same or adjacent to each other.

Hi Shweta,
Yes both are same name. Visited their office last week for the first time after project was renamed to 'Life montage'. My previous visit was when it was 'Air Highlands'.
This project is ideally located at Sus in Pune. It offers 2/3 BHK residential apartments. 1BHK in 978 sq-ft and 3BHK from 1009-1255 sq-ft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 4450/sq-ft. It is a G+13 storeys apartments consists 7 towers.

They have the sanction plan for D-building 12 floor and C-building 8 floor. No permission for building A or B yet. They said that they will get the permission very soon. But my suggestion is to book only after they have the plan sanctioned.

I had a word with them and they said same thing approvals in process. But somehow i heard that Sanjay Ghodawat Group is big player in Maharashtra - so apporval should be done without any issues but still suggest all to wait for final approvals before investing. But it is must for everyone be strictly professional in real estate dealings. Hire a lawyer, check the papers and N/A sanction, EC clearances if applicable and so on.

When is the project possession date and which all banks are funding this project? How is the project locality and connectivity to the rest of the Pune? How far is the basic amenities from the project sites?

It is expected that the possession date will be December'2016. And almost all the nationalize banks and financial institutions are offering this projects.

Sus is an upcoming locality in Pune located very close to Hinjewadi. Locality is quiet from hustle-bustle from traffic and noise but not so far from city. Shivajinagar is just 10 km from there. Road connectivity is also good. Very close to Mumbai-Pune Highway. All the basic amenities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, markets and banks are nearby the project sites.
