Hi everybody,
Even i am planning to invest in this project. Can anybody tell me about the unit sizes and the price/sq-ft? How many towers in it?

When is the project possession date and which all banks are offering housing loan for this project? Can you tell me the name of DSK's current project in the Pune?

It is expected that the possession date will be May'2017. Almost all the nationalize and private banks are offering housing loan for this project.

DSK Garden Enclave is a PMC approvad project. Currently the construction work of 6 towers have been completed and work in one tower is still going on.
