Q: I am planning to buy a 1200 sqft plot in this project. Can anyone tell me what is the rate per sqft going on and how much is the booking amount they are asking?
Location & proximity is good, but the people working at the developers office will ensure your buying experience long lasting one ...pathetic is an understatement. Scripted & need constant chasing otherwise they are least worried....guess the attitude is because once you pay 25% you are stuck & they treat people with their own leisure ....if you are serious about buying in north bangalore check out Rashi they are amazing guys.
