Latest Answer: Pragathi Nagar is a residential colony near the Kukatpally area in Hyderabad It has recently been discovered as a good residential locality. But the garbage disposal and the sewage problem are persistent in Pragathi Nagar. The residents also complain about the increasing traffic and the problem it causes every morning. The pending flyovers and the metro constructions cause disruptions. There is also a very huge water scarcity problem because this region is densely populated.

Also I wanted to know how much I can get if I rent out a 3 bhk in park infinia and what are the current rent rates.
Any reponse will be much appreciated.
Latest Answer: Yes U heard it right. Water crisis in Park Infinia. I used to leave there, and I just shifted and water is one of the reason for that. Earlier we use to get water 24*7 but suddely one day there was no water, and that was without any information. Then the limited the water supply morning 2hr and evening 2 hrs. Problem is that, people dont have storage inside home.So how to store the water for whole day is the problem. I also didnt like the surrounding area, which is very crowdy, not proper infrastructure in the area. Many accident has happened in that highway.
