I agree, I checked this place out for my family too and it is impressive. I was totally sold out by all the facilities they have there. Even the lawns are themed and will be maintained perfectly. The view from Revati Hills is also really nice. They will be having CCTVs and the security will also be pretty tight. You will also have facilities like a 5 star club house, swimming pool, a modern gym, temple, jogging and senior citizens area, commercial and retail centres. They will also have a two-level car parking and a separate parking area for visitors.
Yeah the DCNPL Hills Vista is actually pretty good. The prices are actually not that expensive. An unfurnished 2BHK will cost you around 29 lacs, which according to me is a good deal, given the location and all the facilities they have there. The same 2BHK in a semi furnished condition will cost you around 31 lacs. But you said you were looking for a 4 BHK, so that will cost you around 58 lacs unfurnished. The semi furnished one will cost you around 62 lacs, and they are both about 2380 sq. ft. in area. The only drawback is that you have to wait for more than a year.
Hey good thing you asked, I know just the place. There is an ongoing project near Super Corridor, called DCNPL Hills Vista. But the possession date starts only from December 2015. If you don’t mind waiting for a bit, then this place is one of the best. Of course it is a bit on the expensive side, but then all the good ones are. It is right near MR 10 and Super Corridor on State Highway 27. They have 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, both unfurnished and semi furnished. I think you should really look into this project.
