How is Gachibowli as a locality? Is the locality good from end use purpose?

Gachibowli is a very prime location in Hyderabad. It has some good schools like Oakridge, DPS and Chirac are in close proximity. All major banks have their branches and retail outlets like Spencers, Reliance Fresh,In-orbit Mall are just 4 km away, Apollo Clinic Kondapur is about the same distance while Apollo Hospitals is about 12 km. Seeing these civic amenities i can say that the locality is right for the end use.

The project is one of the ongoing projects of My Home Constructions. As for now, getting loans at this apartment project is quite easy. They have got the approvals from GHMC as well as some other local authorities, i guess. Moreover, for loans, they have the approvals from all the leading banks in India.

I think they are providing the flat at 4 k per square feet. It is coming in 20 acres of land, with 3 floor parking and 17 floor high rise. the officials say that the project has around 1996 apartments in it. Need to check, if apt price is negotiable at My home or fixed like at Aparna.

Hmmm. The society that you speak of is undoubtedly a good one. But the prices are a bit steep, so I’ll just run you through them so that you’re better informed. You can either buy a 2 BHK or a 3 BHK, and both of them are spread out over different sizes. Ranging from 1115 sq ft to 1275 sq ft in size, a 2 BHK will cost you between 47 lakhs to 54 lakhs. A 3 BHK, on the other hand, is spaced around 1690 to 2160 square feet. It could cost you anywhere between Rs. 70 lakhs to Rs. 90 lakhs. So, that mean the price per square feet will come up to say, Rs. 4200. Hope that’s helpful.

Congrats madam! Your choice is quite tasteful to say the least. My Home Vihanga was my friend’s dream home, but his dream just got better and he recently shifted to Switzerland. So I know somewhat of this place from the way he went on raving about it. You get the usual add-ons like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and garden. Additionally, you also have a library, tennis court, community hall, and health facilities. With motion sensor cameras and solar fencing, I don’t think you need to concern yourself much about safety. Just leave that to the guards. Oh, and you have power backup and fire sprinklers just about everywhere.

Hey, it’s great to hear that! I really think that My Home Vihnaga is one of the best residential projects coming up right now. My fiancé recently bought us a villa in Gachibowli, so I’m not cribbing about the location. But, I do have to admit that yours is placed so much closer to all the fancy places in town! Do you know that they’re planning to construct the new U.S. Consulate right opposite the road where My Home Vihanga is located? The ISB Road is right down the road, where international organisations like Polaris, Wipro, Microsoft, and Infosys have set up their headquarters. I think you’ll love the place.
