Hi , I booked a plot here after going through almost 20 - 25 projects in bangalore for 2 months . I felt them to be more professional , part of CREDAI , not far from ITPL , forum value mall ....I hesistated in the begining as roads were not so good but is just around 4 - 5 kms from varthur lake..so not an issue is what i felt...But compared to all other projects atleast this is not far away from center like others like sarjapur , jigani etc ....Best part is i felt them more professional unlike others i visited who were too opaque and not transparent ..

Buying a plot and living around may not be an option now, we recommend this project only from an investment time frame of 5+ years. We see a lot of proposed infra developments around this locality, a proposed Ring Road and Satellite Town Ring Road.
@darshan, It is heard that the some buyers got the cancellation letter. The concern person says that plan was changed significantly. Hence, they need to negotiate agreements with land owners. Doesn't it sound like they going to relaunch the project at a higher price.

I recently visited the project, work is underway and as per communication they have received all necessary approvals. Currently am planning to book here. Even the housing loan for Campan Valley are available from LIC HFL, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank etc.
