Hi , I booked a plot here after going through almost 20 - 25 projects in bangalore for 2 months . I felt them to be more professional , part of CREDAI , not far from ITPL , forum value mall ....I hesistated in the begining as roads were not so good but is just around 4 - 5 kms from varthur lake..so not an issue is what i felt...But compared to all other projects atleast this is not far away from center like others like sarjapur , jigani etc ....Best part is i felt them more professional unlike others i visited who were too opaque and not transparent ..

@Eklavya, Varthur is strategically located between the Outer Ring Road and Whitefield. The Sarjapur Road and NH-207 also provide clear access to the rest of the city. There is the abundance of auto-rickshaws and all round bus facilities are available that includes public transportation undertaken by the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) and other private travel operators as well. The locality is worth investing.

Did a personal sort of due diligence on the company Cornerstone Properties. They have been around for quite some time and have a good B2B reputation as they have partnered with many builders for land needs and a few JDs too with Shriram. @Sanjay, The current rate per sqft going ranges from Rs 2700 to Rs 3100. 40% of the plots has been released and 30% will be released soon. Plot booking is going on.
Hi Cherian, overall the Varthur region is showing good development with top developers gravitating towards the area. Took a look recently, it does seem quite impressive and is available. My purchase decision is going to be after I visit a few more options. Suggest you see the place first - the developers have done a very good job when compared to other plotted developments as per my observations. If I finalise in the same project, will let you know.
I recently visited the project, work is underway and as per communication they have received all necessary approvals. Currently am planning to book here.
Hi Arunabha, The sales person told me that all the plots in Phase I has been sold out and they have not yet decided when they are going to launch Phase II of the poject.
I received a post from Cornerstone saying all the booking are cancelled due to the changes in the layout plan which is approved from Hoskote planning authority! Did anyone else received similar post from Cornerstone? I somehow feel the cancellation reason is not genuine. And the manner in which it is being communicated bit bit rude and unprofessional. They could have atleast called us before sending back the cheque over post. I suspect the reason for cancellation could be either they didn't get enough response for the project or very positive response which made them to think relaunching later @ a higher price.

i feel instead of investing in a gated community people can buy individual land for just 30 % of the total money wat they invest in gated community and rest of the 70 % money can be invested in building house and can have a individual pool and all the amenities wat gated community offer and have a small farm house ....and prices of individual land near that project is just rs 600 to 900 persqft .... main road facing then lil higher and for interior it is lesser ....i think we should think twice before investing our hard earn money
@ Rammy, I just visited the project last week. Its really impressive. All approvals seem to be in place along with bank approvals too. Suggest you visit and do your own due diligence. Personally am yet to see a gated community plotted development project like that in Bangalore East.

I know the builders personally and i myself have booked 2 plots, the fact that they would cash your initial deposit till they get all the approvals, just shows their transparency in dealings and since this is their first B2C project(they were primarily B2B company) i dont think they are gonna screw it up.

hi, I wish to know that after the project gets approval, what kind of khata will be there? A khata or B khata. Bank only give loans for A khata properties. Also they claim they have got approval from banks..is it true?
