Hello Geeta. I've been closely involved with this project when it started construction. It was ready to occupy as early as June 2012. So by now, the colony is fully functional and running smoothly. The vacant flats are ready to move in and can be occupied anytime. This project is one of the completed undertakings of this class. The neighbourhood is very friendly and social and the locality is very safe.

Hey! I recently bought a flat in Diamond Hills Colony very recently. Please dont worry about the approvals. It is approved by the Sher Lingampally Municipality. The colony is very secure and is very suitable if you have a family with kids. The surrounding area of Manikonda is a very nice place to live in. The apartments are very lavish, but the designs are brilliant. That's something I like the most about my home. There's no wastage of space and all necessary amenities are available.
