Mahagunpuram is one of the best project by Mahagun. The Mahagun Puram luxury residential apartments in Ghaziabad are located on NH 24 which is a prime location with good infrastructure and great road connectivity which is why this is one of the most sought after residential location. well pooja, there are resale units that are available in this project.. you can get a 3 BHK for Rs 43 lakhs and above..but guess you should first have a look at the property and then decide..

Well, i know that there is swimming pool, gym, nice gardens,rain water harvesting, power back up.. and thankfully they also have maintenance staff in house as well as club and security ...

@ Sharad: the area is amongst the upcoming areas in the NCR... located about a km from lal kuan the area does have a good connectivity to noida , indirapuram, Ghaziabad and even delhi.....
