I have visited the MayFair project, and I must say I was a little worried about the reliability of the project in the beginning because of a delay in the launch date, but seeing the construction first hand, I think it is a great project to invest in. I was impressed by the number of amenities provided here, and another good thing is that the builder has agreed to transfer legal rights of the clubhouse and other common assets to the residents association, which often comes out as a problem later on in such projects. I suggest you invest in this property, it fits your budget well too, with a few bucks to spare.
