Recently I read a news that SNN Builders Bangalore were awarded the Icons of Spaces for their projects SNN Raj Etternia – Best luxury project residential and SNN Raj Serenity – Best clubhouse in Residential project categories.

Hi, the developer is an ok ok type builder.. they have more than 40 projects that are either completed or in various phases of completion. I guess that you should just check the paperwork with a knowledgeable person and then look for the price.. construction quality is moderate

Hello, i will like to say that although the builder has a number of years if experience... there has been cases of grievances by the residents that have not been addressed by the builder.... you should do a thorough check..although if looking for a within budget apartment you can go with the project...
