Hi,
The quality of this building is not at all good, we are facing lots of issues like on wet cement they have applied paint hence all paintings have gone away and solar water is provided by builder for name sake because its never in working condition. Very bad quality doors and locks within an year we repaired it.
hence I would say over all bad quality of construction.

Hi Everyone... few days back I visited Crystal park Rahatani. Since, I am also planning to buy 2 BHK unit in this project which suits my budget. The main drawback I am seeing in this project is the narrow entry from the safety point of view and there could be view blockage once it surrounded by big towers, in future.

Crystal Park is strategically located Rajeev Gandhi IT Park, Rahatani, Pune. The key distances are Hinjewadi IT Park- 5 km,
Pimle Saudagar- 1 km,
Pune International Airport- 18-20 km,
Pune University- 7 Km,
Pune Railway Station- 10 km

Basic amenities:- Club House, Gym, Garden with children park, Well decorated entrance lobby, Rain water harvesting, Intercom facility, Fire fighting system, Convenient shopping etc

Spread over 2 acres, it is a compact yet exclusive family of 150 homes. The homes at Crystal Park are spread in 5 towers and each tower rises as high as 7 storey. This project has 1BHK apartment/flat sizes as 586-601 sq/ft. 2BHK apartment/flat sizes as 766/777/913/933/963/984 sq/ft.

Current price is Rs. 5950/sq-ft and it is expected that the possession date will be end of 2015.

Do you have any information that which local body has approved this project and which all banks are offering housing loan?

As per as my knowledge is concern this locality comes under PCMC area and got all the required approvals. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering home loan for this project.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 5250-5600/sq-ft. but the prices may differ from project to project, locality and the amenities provide by the developer in the project.

The approach road is quite narrow of this project. And in addition to this Apartment, another apartment from Goel Ganga would also be using it. So pressure on this road would be tremendous once all buyers start living. Current rate quoted by the developer is Rs. 5950/sq-ft.

This project has a well connected neighborhood. In Rahatani, you have access to all parts of the city. Whether it is Hinjewadi, Wakad, PCMC or Talawade, all the reputed workspaces and the corporate hubs are right in the neighborhood, like a stone throw away distance.
