Hennur which is located in the north side of Bangalore, is coming up as a popular residential destination. The reason why the demand for residential real estate has increased is because of the close proximity to the International Airport.

In the coming years, the locality is going to see a new dimension because of the small distance from the city centre, planned developments and the close proximity to the airport. With this the property prices are also expected to go up by 15 to 20 percent in the next few years

Which are the banks providing home loan for this project and what amenities are they providing?

It is spread over three acres and across four towers, with each tower comprising 50 flats. The project offers amenities like swimming pool, a children’s play area, club house, steam and sauna center and convenience store, a snooker room, a library and a gym. There will also be private gardens, walkways and jogging tracks.

The banks providing home loan for this project are Axis, SBI and HDFC.

Samrudhi Realty has named the project as Samruddhi Rhythm and the project is coming up off Hennur Road. They have priced the project reasonably and there will be a total of 200 units. Samrudhi Rhythm is adjacent to to Alpha engineering college and a 10-minute drive from Manyata tech park.

The two BHK flats will be around 1,190 sq ft and three BHK ones will be 1,635 sq ft. The price of these units is Rs 50 lakh for two bedroom and Rs 67.5 lakh for three bedroom. The project will be ready for occupation by the end of 2015.
