Q: The possession which was supposed to be in June 2012 was later delayed to Dec 2012 and since then it is being delayed. It seems like there are court cases going on now against builder.
Anyone who has a flat in Yashodhan, can you shed some light on this matter?
West Andheri is largely a residential area. Andheri West is dotted with old houses of the Parsi community especially on the west side of the station. The road running parallel to the station is called Madhavdas Amarsey Road or MA Road. The new Link road connects Andheri West to the recently developed and fast growing areas stretching up to Borivali and beyond.

Some key landmarks in Andheri West include Andheri Sports Complex, Juhu Circle, Infiniti Mall, Lakshmi Industrial Estate etc. The Hansraj Morarji Public School in Andheri West is one of the top schools in Mumbai, topping many inter school competitions in academics and sports. Andheri West has more of commercial set up than residential.
HI all, I came across this post while searching for online information on Mantra Properties and how they have been involved in multiple consumer complaints / delayed completion / incomplete completion / pending court cases. So better if you take some precautions before investing in any project and anywhere. Visit the site yourself, check all the relevent documents and approval again and again, consult a legal adviser and take a clarification from him.
Even i am very shocked to read several threads that In six years they have not been able to complete two projects (they claim on their website that those projects are complete but actually they are not) - Mantra Majestica (Hadapsar) and Yashodhan (Kondhwa). The handover of flats to the customer for both these project have been delayed by years and there are several court cases which are going on amongst the project partners themselves and many filed by the customers against the builders.
Aarti - You are spot on. They seem to wear a mask when they claim that those two projects (Mantra Majestica and Yashodhan) are complete. Once you book your flat with Mantra, you will be running after them for years - forget possession, you will spending on legal matters.
These people cannot finish two projects in 6 years and they have started/will be starting a dozen new projects. God save the buyers
Hi Alok/Rohit, I have opted for a flat at yashodhan apartments at building E and the agent mentioned that the posesion for this investor flat is within next month. Can you please help me to know if shall i processed with further discussion or shall i leave this scheme.
Thank you for your reply. The issue is the internal conflicts among the different partners of this project. I have had contacted the builder numerous times. Firstly, it has been very difficult to get hold of them and when they meet they just beat the bush and make some lame reasons like material didn't come, other people have not made the payment, internal conflicts etc.
Some of the customers had got the possession and I wanted to check how are they dealing with this. I am considering filing a legal case as well.
Hi Alok, Yes, the project is delayed due to some issue and a case has been file against the builder. It is better for you to talk to the developer directly or visit his office.
The issue is the internal conflicts between the investors/partners. The builder has turned unresponsive - no replies to emails/phones. Will approach consumer forum/court.
