Information required regarding Pearl Shell by Hilife developer panthur varthur road
Q: Hi,
Anybody booked an appartment at hilife's pearl shell? Any idea about the reputation of the builder. From internet I can shee they have 3 ongoing projects. No completed project till now.
They are ready give CC and OC. Also the price they are quoting Rs 2700/sqft and 2800/sqft for 2bhk and 3bhk espectively.
I have visited the site. It is aroung 4 km from outer ring road (JP Morgan) and 1.7 km from Varthur side.
Yes the project has been approved by BBMP and banks like SBI, LIC, AXIS BANK, HDFC, ICICI and PNB. Yes the builder is going to provide OC and CC for this property
PAYMENT SCHEDULE is as follows:
a) 20 % at the time of Sale Agreement.
b) 10% after completing Plinth and footings.
c) 10 % after completing First slab.
d) 10 % after completing Second slab.
e) 10% after completing Third slab.
f) 10 % after completing Fourth slab.
g) 10% after completing Fifth slab.
h) 05 % after completing brick work of the flat.
i) 05% after completing plastering for the flat in question.
j) 05% after completing flooring for the flat in question.
k) 05% after completing plumbing and Electrical wiring and Possession of the flat.
Hi Basudev, Can you tell how much did they quote for a 2 bhk? I am planning to buy a flat from investment point of view and by budget is around Rs 62 lakhs.
Hi Bharat, No I have not booked there. I have booked in another apartment near whitefield railway station (kadugodi). After cheking everything i find that one batter then this one so finally i booked there. If you want to check that i can give you the details.

Hi Kishore, One of my relative have shortlisted one of their project Palm Groves in KR Puram. They liked the project and all the documents are legally cleared. The reputation of the builder is also good, not sure about the construction quality.
