Information required regarding Pearl Shell by Hilife developer panthur varthur road
Q: Hi,

Anybody booked an appartment at hilife's pearl shell? Any idea about the reputation of the builder. From internet I can shee they have 3 ongoing projects. No completed project till now.

They are ready give CC and OC. Also the price they are quoting Rs 2700/sqft and 2800/sqft for 2bhk and 3bhk espectively.

I have visited the site. It is aroung 4 km from outer ring road (JP Morgan) and 1.7 km from Varthur side.

Any inputs will be highly appriciated.

Latest Answer: Hi everyone, Is the approved by BBMP and banks? I want to know if the builder is going to provide OC and CC of this project.
