Hello Dhananjay, As per latest real estate trends, the residential property market has been slowly picking up despite the dip in home loan lending rates by 0.75 per cent, flexible lending norms by various HFCs and banks and stable prices. The city has recorded a rise of 2 per cent in values quarter-on-quarter, as per an industry survey.

I agree with what you have said, Nagole is being eyed by upcoming real estate developers all over the city. A lot of promising ventures have also started taking shape in the area and this is why the locality is fast becoming one of the most prominent hubs for property development. The localities of Uppal and Dilsukhnagar are very close to Nagole, as a short drive of one kilometer will take you there. Traffic jams, air and noise pollution is fairly lesser in this locality and this is another reason for investors to choose the area over others.

Hello, most of developers from real estate sector have been heavily eyeing the Nagole locality of late. This is because the locality is well connected with good transport options to the rest of Hyderabad, and has some major transit points like the Outer Ring Road, Shamsabad airport etc. There is also an abundance of dealers in the area who are adept at providing raw materials as well as open land for construction purposes. The real estate spree is easy to cash in on in Nagole because the locality is very strategically located and perfect for city dwellers.
