As far as I know the rate per sqft going on is Rs 1400. Schools near to this project are Indus International School, TISB, Greenwood High, Inventure Academy and Delhi Public School. The locality seems to be good and price of properties are also increasing slowly.
The rate per sqft going on for west faced plots is Rs 2400 and for east and North facing plot the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2500. the project has got approvals from APA/LAO/61/2013-14
Anekal Planning Authority is a local planning authority in BMRDA jurisdiction and a sister concern of BMRDA. I think it means the same but for further clarification you can talk with some legal expert.
