I am interested in buying a 2 bhk in this project. What will be the price of a 2 bhk all inclusive and what will be the book amount?

As far as I know Rs 1.50 lakhs is what they are asking as the booking amount and the price of a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 40 lakhs all inclusive plus taxes.

How much is the rate per sqft quoted now? What is the total land area and how many blocks will be there?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2900. Vijayas Vaibhav is spread over 1.8 acres of land and there will be 4 block with G+3 floors structure

1.8 acres only 82 flats are coming with 4 blocks and its only ground plus 3 floors 2 bhk minimum dimension 1200sqft

@Anthony, Bomasandra is in between Electronic City and Narayana Hridayala Hospital. The area is rapidly developing and the travelling has also become easy because of the flyover built. All the basic amenities and facilities are available in this locality.

The area is developing fast and it is well connecting to the rest of the parts of the City.All the buses to Attibele and Hosur pass through Bommasandra and almost every bus stops here since it is an industrial area. The price trends going on in this area is Rs 2500 per sqft.

The project is under construction and the expected possession date of the project is by end of 2016. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2550 and there will be around 82 apartments.

Has the project got necessary approvals from BBMP and financial institutes? I know the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments but what are the sizes? Some people where tell that the project will get completed by 2015 but you are telling that the expected possession is by 2016.

The project has got approval from BMRDA and banks like HDFC, LIC, SBI and ICICI. Yes the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1150 sqft to 1370 sqft. The project will have two phases and the whole project will get completed by 2016.

HI Venu, recently I have inquired about the project and the concern person told me that the project will be completed by end of this year and State Bank of India is not providing home loan for this project

Hi Kailesh, What is the reason that SBI has not approved the project? Is the builder going OC and CC?

Exactly the same question I asked the person and he told me that SBI is not to approved the project as it is their first project. SBI approves those projects were the builder has completed at least 5 or more project :P

They told me that they are going to provide CC and OC after the project is completed.
