Has the project got necessary approvals from BBMP and financial institutes? I know the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments but what are the sizes? Some people where tell that the project will get completed by 2015 but you are telling that the expected possession is by 2016.
The project has got approval from BMRDA and banks like HDFC, LIC, SBI and ICICI. Yes the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1150 sqft to 1370 sqft. The project will have two phases and the whole project will get completed by 2016.
HI Venu, recently I have inquired about the project and the concern person told me that the project will be completed by end of this year and State Bank of India is not providing home loan for this project
Exactly the same question I asked the person and he told me that SBI is not to approved the project as it is their first project. SBI approves those projects were the builder has completed at least 5 or more project :P
They told me that they are going to provide CC and OC after the project is completed.
