Guys i have booked a 3 bhk flat in this project and this is an OSSM project. My bad is that i am moving to US in short time and have no hope if i will be back soon.. The agreement is done and the the loan is from SBI bank.. started paying the EMI of rps 51500 per month from almost one year.. I am planning to sell that and get settle down in US.. if any one interested can kindly reach me on 9620960606 ( Thyagaraj Layam ).

Guys, I had booked (me and My friend) 2 flats in this project. Not sure if you guys had a chance to verify the property titles (legals) with the known and experienced lawyer... However we canceled our booking since the legal titles are not satisfied... after this I decided let me not close my eyes and book even if the loan is from SBI ....

I mean... even if the loan is approved by SBI .. I should take legal from my known lawyer..

Apartment is OK oK type with most of the Amenities as per said words. Bottom thing I have found is that this builder doesn't keep the their words which they said during booking. Quality wise is not that good for what they are taking money. Raw material is not upto the mark as what builder has promised. Sales department POC just keep on deligate the changes or the complain by the customer to their management. Management doesn't meet or give time to meet any of the customer. Hence, your complain will not sustain anywhere resulting in the poor construction quality and deliverable.

Which all banks are providing home loan for this project? What is the construction status?

the project has been approved by leading banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC, LICHFL, PNB, AXIS etc. Construction of 4 Blocks are completed, 5th and 6th block slabbing work started.

I am interested in this project.., What is the size of the apartments they are offering and when in 2016 the project is expected to get completed?

The project offers 2 bhk, 2.5 bhk and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1055 - 1611 Sq. Ft. The expected possession date of the project is by March 2016.

The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3600 and the project is under construction which is expected to get completed sometime in 2016.

The project has been approved by BBMP and all the leading banks. The builder is also going to provide OC (Occupancy certificate) & CC (Construction certificate).

Amenities to be provided by the builder in this project are: Banquet Hall, Indoor Games, Gym. Swimming Pool, Dedicated change rooms for ladies and gents, Toddlers Pool, Jogging Track, Reflexology Pathway, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Practice Court, Elder's Plaza, Children's Play area with integrated play equipment, Informal seating under pergola Structure
