The agreement is done and the the loan is from SBI bank.. started paying the EMI of rps 51500 per month from almost one year.. Guys, I had booked (me and My friend) 2 flats in this project. Not sure if you guys had a chance to verify the property titles (legals) with the known and experienced lawyer... However we canceled our booking since the legal titles are not satisfied... after this I decided let me not close my eyes and book even if the loan is from SBI ....

Apartment is OK oK type with most of the Amenities as per said words. Bottom thing I have found is that this builder doesn't keep the their words which they said during booking. Quality wise is not that good for what they are taking money. Raw material is not upto the mark as what builder has promised. Sales department POC just keep on deligate the changes or the complain by the customer to their management. Management doesn't meet or give time to meet any of the customer. Hence, your complain will not sustain anywhere resulting in the poor construction quality and deliverable.
Great that you have shared your review about the builder and the project. These days it has become very risky and difficulty to invest in real estate industry.
the project has been approved by leading banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC, LICHFL, PNB, AXIS etc. Construction of 4 Blocks are completed, 5th and 6th block slabbing work started.
The project offers 2 bhk, 2.5 bhk and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1055 - 1611 Sq. Ft. The expected possession date of the project is by March 2016.
Recently when I enquired about the project it was told to me that the project will be completed by June 2016 and the project was launched in January 2014
