Hi Smitha, this project is at Thevakkal which is about 6km from the info park/smart city and about 5km from Wonderla amusement park and is costing at around Rs 56 lakhs all inclusive for a 3 bedroom two floor villa. These will be a fully furnished villa and the pics show that they are futuristic and modern style of building..

Hi Vijay , i have not heard anything bad about the builders as yet.. They have till date delivered an apartment complex and another of their villa project is ongoing. So i guess you can safely look at the builder but do check all documents and cross verify them with a lawyer especially the land titles and all...
