Q:Hi,I visited MJs Lake Front villa in Ameenpur and saw water seepage in multiple places in newly constructed villas. After discussion, they told they will fix it. So, yes, visually it can be fixed, but now it concerns me about the over all build quality of the villa.Also, I saw the bricks, those are not red bricks those are ash bricks. Also, they are plain from each end so no cement masala can be poured for extra grip.Can anyone comment here about my observation, knowing all these, should I prefer their construction?
