I bought an apartment at SNR Silver Ripples, Sarjapur.
The builder Rajdeep Dey is very arrogant rude and uncouth person. He has no respect at all. He says he has done a favour by building this apartment.
There is no communication about the next steps and he is quite demanding and demeaning.
The apartment is still under construction - none of the ammenities were ready yet during November 2017.
He is still asking for maintenance of 30k. Upon questioning regarding the maintenance charges, he threatened me, abused me over phone.
I logged a consumer court complain and when he received a notification, he asked is so-called General Manager to speak to me and that guy agreed to give me the possession letter with a post dated cheque for the maintenance charges, however Rajdeep refused to give the certificate.
I am in a miserable position and disinterested in the apartment.

My only suggestion to whosoever reading this review is - go and check out the board of management of the developer you want to invest in. If the name " SNR Verity Builder" appears anywhere you might as well forget the money you invested. Don’t be foolish to invest in any of their projects even after reading this review. Believe me; you will be spared a lot of unnecessary hassle and tension, that too just to get what you paid for by putting in your hard earned money. This is about my friends bad experience with SNR SQUARE. This cheat builder quotes 400-600rs lessthan the market price.This is the trap. They offer more space and the flat looks great on the brocuchre. Their way of making profit is providing cheap fittings(duplicate jaguar etc) and third class looking paint colours and doors.
Cheating and false promises by SNR BUILDERS/SNR SQUARE/SNR WIND MILL AND VERTINY
Recently booked an apartment with SNR SQUARE SNR Wind Mill and faced a couple 0f problems.
1.Initially they told me that I have to pay 8 lakhs within 1 month of booking and the next payment would start from 2016 Aug onward's, this was OK with me but within a month they called me and said I have to pay 20 lakhs and the followup mails mentioned that they would charge me interest if don't pay immediately, I was devastated as I didn't have that money I called up the sales guys who committed and after much follow up that issue was NOT RECTIFIED
2.Then started the agreement signing process since I live abroad they sent the copies to my overseas address the first time they sent me a wrong copy and then I had to send it back to them to correct and send it back to me, the next time it was ok and my overall postal charge was 100$ .Then I requested them to send the final S & c agreement to my address in Tami
Latest, I have heard that the builder is trying to wash his hands -completed only block D and doing nothing for other blocks, though taken money from a number of owners. One of the owners is so frustrated (block C) ,he has asked for money back or to make his flat livable. The guy is not responding to any call or email
You are absolutely right - wish I could have checked about them before - The problem is that we don't have any strong law to punish these builders - After agreement I requested them to terminate the agreement and pay me back after deducting penalty - the builder is saying that he is not going to return any money.
I visited the location, this is far away at the Sarjapur road and after crossing the town the place where they are trying to construct this project. My opinions are:
1. Very far no advantage of buying at Surjapur road 2. Cost is high 2350 / sq ft they are quoting now and will be ready in 2017 Mid ( as per they are saying) 3. SNR is very new in market so no completed projects are there
Hi Neeraj, When I searched about the builder over the internet I found the builder website where they have mention that they have completed over 7 projects in South and East Bangalore since 2009.
The project is under construction and the estimated possession date is by first quarter of 2016. The project will have a total of 128 flats with 4 blocks namely Aster, Bluebell, Carnation and Daffodil. It is a G+3 structures.
The project seems to be an interesting option as the location Sarjapur Road is one of the developing location and can yield good returns in case of investment. The project is planned to complete by November 2015. The project offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments and the basic per sq.ft price is Rs. 2250/-
SNR Verity is an ongoing project by SNR Square. They are new in the real estate industry and they have two ongoing projects in Bangalore. So really cannot comment on the track records and construction quality of the builder.
