Super Corridor Investment Growth

Q: I heard that the Super Corridor has emerged as one of the top localities to invest in Indore in the year 2014. How exactly did the real estate rapidly evolve in this area?

Northern Indore is a very potential area for investment. There are lots of IT companies, good schools and colleges, various hospitals, well established road transport and closeness of the airport to make localities like Super Corridor, Ujjain Road, MR 10, and Aurobindo Hospital really thrive! Property prices are rising steeply with no reason to ever come down. It is a good option for both long and short term investments because prices aren't stable at the moment. Price per sq. ft is approximately 2500 which has risen from 2 years ago and property prices have risen by 10 to 15% in the last 6 months. And let's not forget that there are 80,000 job opportunities in the area so real estate in Super Corridor cannot help but rise drastically.

Super Corridor is conidered to be an extremely worthy investment mainly beacuse of the direct connectivity to the airport. But this area requires non stop development to match the demand for property in the area. If there isn't adequate infrastructure, Super Corridor would disappoint many as they put a lot of money into investing here. But the real growth can only be seen once TCS and other IT companies are in full swing. Also interesting to note that most demand is for apartments because Super Corridor is have more young people moving there than families or senior citizens. The area is also trying to adapt to the changing requirements of the younger generation so invariably property prices will definitely rise further. All in all, Super Corridor is a very promising locality to invest in.

For the past 10 to 12 months Indore has been doing really well real estate wise. It's actually doing better than most other cities in India. The Super Corridor is highly developed. There are many IT companies like TCS and also a whole bunch of new educational institues like Symbiosis and NMIS. Road connectivity to other parts of the city is excellent and there is a traffic signal that allows you to go to the airport without stopping. Infrastructure is great in the area and there's recently been a high demand for apartments all over Super Corridor. Because of all this, the prices of property here have doubled in the past 2 years! :)
