Q: Hi, I have recently moved to Indore with my Family, and I am planning to purchase a property instead of renting one. My boss suggested that I invest in Niranjanpur. Since, I am new here I don't really know anything about this locality. Can someone please give me more details on this locality?
Yes,a part from this, I have herd that the Indore Development Authority has plans to cleanse the area and to take care of the garbage disposal and has proposed to make a sewage treatment plant in Niranjanpur. i think that is good for the locality!

Hey also, the Indore Metro is coming up here in Niranjanpur and a corridor of this metro rail starts from Niranjanpur and goes till Bhawarkuwa, so i think this will increase the overall development of the area around once the metro starts.
There is also a new Vijay Nagar Railway Station that is coming up near Niranjanpur and i think this will develop the area further. Many residential projects are coming up in the area nowadays, and I think you can comfortably find one place for yourself

See the Niranjanpur area is falls on the perimeter of the eastern ring road too, so i think there is a scope for future prospects here. Also, I have heard that there will be a new IT park somehwere near Niranjanpur in the future, so its a good idea to buy some property here and invest here right now.

The average price that is doing the rounds in Niranjanpur at the moment is around 2,100 or so i think. So I think you will be able to get a good 2 bhk or 3 bhk apartment in Niranjanpur for around 25 lakhs.

Totally agreed. Everything that you need on a daily basis is present in the locality. You will find hospitals in 5Km radius, the airport is also approximately only 13 kms from the area. Since, it is close to the airport, the chances of it becoming a developed hub of Indore are high. So, locality wise, you can expect lot of new developments here. According to me, purchasing a property here will prove out to be beneficial.
Yea, the price per sq. ft in Niranjanpur is somewhere around Rs.1091 per sq. ft to Rs. 2,500 per sq. ft, which is pretty reasonable. Accessibility wise you shouldn’t face any issues with the area. It can easily be accessed from all the major areas of the city. Since, you will be living with your family, you would require basics amenities like hospitals, restaurants, parks, schools, etc. Niranjanpur has enough of these facilities, so you wouldn’t face any issues in this regard. However, I'm not really sure if there are any water or electricity problems in this area. Maybe some residents of the area can help?
First of all I'd like to say that it is a wise decision to purchase a property than rent it. The money you spend on rent can contribute to your monthly EMI on the house loan. Talking about Niranjanpur, investing here will not require a lot of capital. In around 30 - 40 lacs you can own a nice luxurious 3 BHK apartment. The rates in the area aren't very high, and you will normally find multi-storey buildings as opposed to huge gated communities.95% of the properties here are apartments and flats.
