Latest Answer: The area is primarily a residential hotspot. There are mostly induvidual houses as well as villas only here. You cant find many apartments here. You can see that the area has some small but good shops like Life Line Medical Store, Gift Gallery, Super shoppie, Gift Gallery etc here. You can also find some good restaurant here like the Shubham Tasty Centre and Delicious hut.

Q: What is the waterlogging situation here in AB Road? Does the area get clogged during the monsoon?

Latest Answer: Yes definitely be prepared for that. The problem is that AB road is still one of the low-lying areas of the city. And the drainage system is also not in place. So it gets flooded when it rains. Especially the area in front of Geetha Bhawan, my house used to be there. :(

If you also follow the same road, you get gold's gym on your right hand side so if you are a fitness freak you have both parks, and a gym.

Latest Answer: I totally agree! There are many benefits of investing in plots and houses offered in a colony or a community. There is safety and security, and also problems like electricity and water are well taken care of by the builders till the colony is developed, and later on by the homeowner's association. Divya Vihar seems like a pretty decent project to me, and with the proposed Bus terminus, railway station, shopping mall coming up, and its good accessibility to super corridor, its future prospects look good.

Q: I heard that the slums are being cleared out in Indore. But are the authorities doing something for these slum dwellers, or are they just gonna flock the roads?
Latest Answer: Yes you’re right about the lottery system being used for all these slum dwellers. Initially there were 1000 residents who needed to get houses, from these slums. But finally the number came down to 148. They were allotted flats last Friday under the Rajiv Gandhi Awas Yojana. This was the final batch of the slum dwellers who needed to be allotted houses. So now the slums are all cleared, and they can be demolished and construction work for the proposed park can be started here soon.
