Q:Hey I want to invest in Niranjanpur, as the per sq. ft rates are pretty decent in the area. However, I’m not really sure of the infrastructural developments happening in the area. Is anyone aware of any upcoming development which might make investing here beneficial?
Latest Answer: Oh yea, I’ve heard about this sewage project to. I think the talks of giving the tender is going on. I agree to what you’ve said, if this project is successfully implemented it will be a great advancement for Niranjanpur. Also, I was going through an article on the internet and it said that the Indore BRTS is also coming up with Hi-tech bus facilities, which will dedicated bus facilities between Niranjanpur square and the Rajiv Gandhi Square. I don’t know how exactly this will help investments in the area, but I’m sure it will work as a good feature of the locality.
