Q: Hey, I have joined the Swami Vivekanand College of Engineering in Khandwa road and I have enrolled in a hostel for now. But, my mummy is planning to come and shift here with me. Since, I am new to the city, I don’t really have an idea of the how much the rent for residential flats is in this area. Can people help me with details of 1 and 2 Bhk rent prices in Khandwa road. My budget is Rs.15,000 per month.
Hey, I think you have kept a higher budget because you want to move into a gated community. I should say that most of the gated communities in the area are under construction or for sale. You could check out this place called Sarthak Vihar near the IT CRystal Park. As far as i know the flats are for sale. But if you are lucky enough there might be owners ready to give it out on rent, especially since your budget is high. But, just one advice, please don’t quote 15,000, let the landlord make an offer.
Woah! 15,000 is a huge budget for a 1 or a 2BHK in this area. You will get a 1 or a 2 Bhk for less than Rs. 7,000. You will get a 1 BHK somewhere near the New Rani Bagh at Rs.5000-6000. However, you should know that there are mostly multi storey buildings in this area. So, the rent will not be very high. Don’t tell the agents or the seller of your high budget, you will only end up paying more money.
Hey! I hope you are finding Indore good so far. I studied in Indore too and stayed in a hostel, it’s a good thing your mother is shifting with you, you will at least be able to eat good food everyday. Anyways, since your budget is pretty good, you shouldn’t really have issues finding a nice 2 BHK. I stay somewhere near Dayal Bagh, you can get a nice spacious 3 Bhk for your budget, instead of a 2 BHK. Try looking for to-let-properties in this place called Anant Aligum, you will get a 2 Bhk for Rs. 10,000-12,000 there.
